My Science Club students are an inquisitive group of 5th graders who are ready to learn about their watershed. Our school is located in a low income area of Florida and 89% of our school population qualifies for free or reduced price lunch. Many students do not have the opportunity to spend much time outdoors because in many cases, it's just not safe to do so. When we get outside, they are so excited to learn about the local plants and animals that I thought it would be fun for them if they could capture what they see forever!
