How wonderful it is to know that someone out there is taking time to read this proposal! Thank you for that. I am an ESL teacher in a K-6 inner city school of extremely low income. Our student body is about 850, a majority being students whose native language is other than English. 96% of our students qualify and receive free meal twice a day. Funds and resources are rare and every teacher in our school strives to provide the best education to help "our students to achieve their maximum potential" as stated in our school mission statement.
