The students who would benefit from this project all have significant disabilities that impact their ability to access the world around them. The programming at our school is inclusive and designed to meet the needs of each student. The inclusive model allows for students to participate in the general education curriculum. All students need access to additional materials in order to further their learning... this is especially true for students with significant disabilities. Chromebooks would allow for students to access those additional resources in a socially acceptable way within the classroom.
