We are a Title I school in the city. My students are ninth graders and are academically behind the rest of the ninth graders in the state. In order to graduate, they have to pass a standardize test. Most of their school supplies are bought by their teachers. My students typically have attendance issues, with 59% of the school "chronically absent".
