Through the use of tablets, my students would have the ability to research what we are reading about. They would also be able to use apps that are required by the district daily with very limited technology resources. Since I have a high ELL population, they could look up pictures of words they are unfamiliar with as well as get visual images of locations they have never traveled to before. I would also use these iPods to teach basic word processing skills. Quite frankly, I just want to be able to give my students what my own kids have in school.
