My boys attend a charter school in an impoverished section of Philadelphia. Over 95% receive free or reduced-lunch and over 99% are African-American. They are a bouncy, affectionate and inquisitive group of gentleman who love learning. Not only do they crave science, which is often sadly absent in today's schools, but they yearn to leave an impact on the world. They are constantly searching for a way to prove themselves and become leaders to contribute to their community and the globe.
