I teach in a low-income, minority school district. My students come from varying backgrounds and a number of the students don't have access to technology outside of school. Many students cannot afford simple things others take for granted, but this doesn't get them down. My students are some of the hardest working teenagers I've met. They want to succeed and won't let anything get in their way.
