All students need to be able to choose a learning environment that works for them. I want to provide those options in my classroom. By giving students a variety of seating choices, it allows them to pick something that works for them. Wobble chairs are an amazing resource that allows students to wiggle (safely) and stay focused. So many of my students have active bodies during the day, and I don't want to take that away from them if it's something that helps them learn! My classroom might be described as "organized chaos" because it's not always quiet and still, but kids need to learn with their bodies and their brains!
