I teach a pre-k special needs class in a low income school in metro Atlanta. The faculty, staff, and students at my school consider themselves a "family". My personal students are 3 and 4 year olds with developmental disabilities. They experience significant developmental delays in one or more of the following areas: communication, cognition, social, and motor.
