Our school is a Title I Public Charter School where the school believes in the concept "Average is Over". Our student community is very diverse. Twenty-five percent of our school's students receives services and I am fortunate enough to teach them! My classroom ranges from Kindergarten - Third Grade students that need differentiated learning within the special education classroom. My students are smart, creative, inquisitive and have the drive to make leaps and bounds over their limitations. Our students don't have all of the privileges and advantages that many other students have on their arrival to school. Many face extreme challenges in their neighborhood and home environments. Many come to school without adequate preparation to be a successful student and to achieve our school belief that "Average is Over".
