I teach in a large, diverse K-8 school in a high poverty area in Philadelphia where all of the children are eligible for free lunch. Most don't have Internet access or computers at home to practice skills taught in school. The children come to school eager to learn. They are from various living situations. They have various abilities and I encourage them to be the best they can be.
