I teach at a Title I school full of dedicated teachers and wonderful families. These students are entitled to the best education and it is my responsibility to serve them and meet their needs in the learning environment. They are the greatest class a teacher could ask for. At the beginning of the year, we made a commitment to our class family that we would take care of each other and they have truly answered the call. Each day I come into the classroom to focus on differentiation and how I can best meet all of my students' varying needs, emotionally, physically, socially, and academically. My students look for opportunities to help each other which makes me so proud of them. They are selfless with the biggest hearts. Even at recess, they pick flowers and decorate my keyboard everyday. Everyday I count it as an honor to be a teacher, especially since this has been a dream since I was a little girl. Dreams do come true!
