There are currently 22 students in my kindergarten classroom who speak 8 different languages including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, American Sign Language, Tirginya, Amharic, Somali and Dutch. We are a very diverse group of five and six year olds, learning about the world, how to act in a school, how to count and how to READ! We love to work and play together, and we value feeling calm, safe, loved, happy, and like a family according to our classroom charter.

About my class

There are currently 22 students in my kindergarten classroom who speak 8 different languages including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, American Sign Language, Tirginya, Amharic, Somali and Dutch. We are a very diverse group of five and six year olds, learning about the world, how to act in a school, how to count and how to READ!
