I work with students who are primarily in special education. Some of them have severe disabilities, while others just have a few learning challenges. My students are members of regular elementary schools, and spend part of their day is a class with specialized instruction with fewer students and part of their day with students in general education. All of my students love to learn and be a part of school. Overall, the general attitude in my schools supports kids of all abilities, and welcomes kids with disabilities in their classrooms.
