We are an urban school district that is in dire need of supplies for our students. If we don't buy them ourselves, we won't receive anything. I teach 4 blocks of social studies and science. My students love when we do experiments. I have a wonderful class. They know that I am applying to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and they are all hoping we get to receive some fun stuff in which to make our projects.
My students are very kind to one another. I stress everyday how they have to maintain the kindness and empathy they have for each other. They are also the leaders in our K - 5 building, and they love the responsibilities that come with it. Our favorite day is when we get to read with our kindergarten buddies.
