The students in my class are 5-6 year old kindergarten students. They are learning the English language for the first time. Some of the students have parents who do not speak any English. For these students, it is really hard because they do not have some one to help them practice the English language. Thus, the responsibility falls on the student to push through the language barrier and learn the language on their own. My school is economically in need of resources. Most of the students receive free and reduced lunch. At home, a lot of the students do not have materials, books, or school supplies to help them with their studies. Our school also has uniforms, so some students are in need of these. We end up sending them to "School Bell". This is a place that gives the student clothes, a book, a hat, and other things the student may need. The teachers always want the best for their students and make sure that all students succeed.
