This fingerprinting kit will give my students the hands-on experience they crave. They will be able to explore further investigative techniques as they move through the course.
As we look at crime reporting, students will see how professionals use evidence such as fingerprints to help solve cases. This course focuses on "Finding the Truth". We research investigative techniques from Victorian times through modern day. Texts that we explore range from "Hound of the Baskervilles" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle to "Flowers for Algernon". We continue to ask questions such as "When is the price too high?" and "What is the truth?"
