My classroom is an SEI classroom. This means my students are English Language Learners. My students come from all sorts of backgrounds yet find so many similarities daily. They are fun and hard working, I have never had a class who, as a whole, wants to do so well in life and school. One thing all of my students have in common is the fact that they come from very low income families. Our is in a neighborhood filled with poverty, yet our students and families really shine through it. I work with the kindest, most caring students who always try to include all of our friends in everything we do.
