My name is Amanda Smith, I am an Intervention Specialist Teacher in Jenison, Michigan at Pinewood Elementary. I have the privilege to work with a few different grade levels throughout the day.
We are a school that uses the Response To Intervention (RTI) and focuses on what the students need academically in order to be successful. Due to working with multiple grade levels and abilities, my classroom is differentiated to fit the needs of every student individually. I strive to build lasting connections with my students and create a learning environment that is positive and safe.
