I work at a Title 1, Power 3 school. It is a low income school. My students love to learn! They love to do hands-on activities and are always proud to show their work. These journals will allow them to display it in an organized manner. My class loves activities that get them up and moving (class hunts, group projects, and more). Once completed, these activities can be glued into their journal to share their work with family. For my kids, not a lot of support is at home. Not a lot of appraisal is at home. With these journals they can share their gains with friends, parents and other teachers.
