I have fifteen little sponges in my classroom. They look forward to every new skill and concept. We have a high population of English Language Learners. Simply telling them information is not enough; they have to be shown. They must be allowed to explore and discover things on their own. They love collaborating, sharing ideas, and experiences. They are thrilled when we are able to do experiments and beam when doing hands-on activities.
