The majority of my students are English Language Learners who come from lower economic backgrounds. My school is a Title One School where funds are very difficult to come by. Our district has felt hardship in the form of having to cut positions in order to create a balanced budget. Due to this, students are losing support that they once had. Through all of this, teachers desire to make a lasting and meaningful impact on students.
