The additional flexible seating options will be an amazing addition to room 7. It will allow my students the movement they need while working independently as well as help them focus during a lesson. The oil diffuser will bring a great calming energy to the room. Research has shown certain smells help with relaxation and focus, which will greatly benefit my students. We read our class novel out loud everyday in class. The microphone will help those students who don't have a voice that projects, this will allow them the confidence to read as well as be heard by their classmates. The additional books for our classroom library will be welcomed with open arms by room 7. These kids love to read and having a diverse library with a variety of genres will help my students to continue reading and finishing books.
