I teach music to over 850 K-5 students each week in a title 1 school. With our limited budget it is difficult to supply the students with the necessities that they need to be enriched musically. With these instruments, the students would be able to collaborate in fun, exciting and meaningful ways. No matter the grade level, each class would have the opportunity to learn about many different musical subjects.
The ability to create music, through instruments, will be an endless exploration project for our students for years to come. It is truly amazing to see their eyes light up when they grasp musical concepts. The students can take these musical concepts and put them "into play" with these instruments.
