I am the Educator Effectiveness System Facilitator, District Test Coordinator and Dyslexia Facilitator at a rural Elem. School in east Arkansas. Our school population is around 220 students. We seldom have extra funds to purchase things needed for any extras. Sometimes we have to venture out to our public to help with this problem. I truly love our district and would never go anywhere else. I am thankful for all the support and generosity.
