In our classroom, these children are much more than students. We are teammates, friends, supporters, but most of all, we are a family. We love and respect each other's similarities and differences. We use words of encouragement and we cheer others on.
Our school's population consists of many students who receive free or reduced priced breakfast and lunch.
A large portion of our children are bilingual and have minimal access to technology in their home. My classroom is full of silly, fun-loving, and curious characters with huge hearts. I strive to meet each child's needs by delivering the best instruction. These students deserve it and so much more.
