This year, we have a significant number of students that are well below grade level. We are trying to modify and adapt 5th-grade assignments to 1st or 2nd-grade reading level. It has become very difficult to do so and the students have become frustrated at times, unfortunately. Recently, I found an online program titled "Headsprout" that the students LOVE and are so excited each day to have the chance to complete lessons to advance on their learning map. Unfortunately, we share iPads with multiple grade levels and cannot count on having them as much as I'd like. Our school does not have the finances to purchase classroom sets. By having these tablets, I would have a classroom set for the 15 students in that class to access the program daily! Your generosity and support are beyond appreciated and I can not express how thankful these students would be if this project was funded!
