My school is a Title 1 public school built in 1966 in a once glorious but now economically challenged section of Tampa where multiple families live in single family homes. We are the high school with the highest poverty rate in the 8th largest school district in the country. Many of the students have jobs after school to help their families with bills. Every little bit of help makes a big difference in the lives of these students. Together you and I can make a difference.
