I am a self-contained fourth grade teacher with 29 students. This is my 5th year teaching fourth grade at my school. We are a K-8 urban, public school serving a population which is 98% African American and 2% Anglo-American. 86.3% of the student population qualifies for free or reduced-price lunch, and about 10% receive Special Education Services.
