One of the biggest struggles with Algebra 1 students is understanding how to graph functions in the coordinate plane. My project is designed the have the students use hands-on materials to truly understand how to graph functions.
With the wet-erase graph poster paper, students will have the opportunity to demonstrate understanding of the necessary skills of graphing in the coordinate plane. They will also be able to use the graph stamp for their individual papers to further practice these skills.
My Algebra students will be separated into small groups with supplemental activities to learn about graphing. With these hands-on materials, students will be excited and motivated to learn every day!
