In my classroom, most of our learning, conversations, interactions, and daily routines will take place on the rug. With this rug, students will be able to interact with peers and participate in collaborative learning. Learning from their desks can often become boring, tiresome, and may cause them to lose focus. By having this classroom rug, I am closer to students and will be able to regain their attention faster than if they were learning from their desks. I know that my students will have an area they can enjoy with each other with the addition of this rug in our classroom!
