Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education.
I am starting my third year as a third grade teacher in a Title 1 school and I couldn't be happier!! I love working with the students and the community that I am in and I love the opportunity to introduce new things to my students that they might not have a chance to experience otherwise. My class generally ranges from 22-25 students and I love to create an interactive classroom. The school is set in a primarily low socioeconomic demographic, so it sometimes difficult to introduce curriculum or educational opportunities to my students that might be present in other schools. I am committed to make sure that my students get as many opportunities that they can to expand their education and overall knowledge.
