My students are very active and highly motivated to read. My goal is to provide students with a conducive learning environment that will help to build reading stamina in their everyday lives. I teach at a title one, bilingual charter school in an urban area. With educational cuts on the rise my students do not have a cozy reading corner to relax and enjoy reading. I am hopeful this project will supply my students with many new books from all different genres in a comfortable, inviting, reading nook.
