My students have the opportunity to better prepare for middle school by switching classes during the day--a new and exciting change for our fifth graders! When my students come to my class for math and science, they will need a place other than their desk to store their materials. These book bins will allow each student to still have their own space to keep supplies that is functional and can be moved around the classroom. By donating to this project, you will be providing my students a place to store important academic materials and also supporting them in maintaining an organized space. This will benefit our classroom organization, and also teach them how to keep supplies like books, notebooks, folders, and work managed and organized without a typical desk--an important skill to prepare them for middle school! With these organizational skills, students can be more independent learners no matter the task at hand. With these book bins, my students will have easily accessible, orderly materials for lessons, small groups, project-based learning, and experiments. Thank you so much for your donation!
