I am a first time teacher in a fourth grade classroom. My students are from the Philadelphia area and the school I work in is a title 1 school with many students qualifying for free lunch. As a first time teacher with little resources and a limited budget, I am hoping to give my students the education, resources and opportunities they deserve. It is my goal as a teacher to give my students an equal education that meets their needs and that fully supports each student. Many of my students do not have the resources or support at home and it is my hope that with this funding, I can give my students that support in my classroom.
