Students are required to learn, practice, and remember. We currently are a class of 21 students and only 4 computers. This seriously limits my opportunity to make small groups. This means I will only be able to meet the needs of a certain number of students per day. I am asking for three Lenovo laptops to increase the number of computers that are available to my students.
I am extremely passionate about providing lessons that are differentiated and provide my students with the ability to truly focus on what is being taught. With students in rotations and more technology provided, they will be able to meet with me in small group for reading and math. This will increase their learning and retention of material.
I will then have the ability to work with students on their levels while other students are on a program that is designed to fill in the gaps and foundation skills that students tested into. This program is extremely important as well and provides skills that I can build on during my small group.
My district does not have the money to funds to provide these computers. This project is extremely important to my students and I! Please help!
