A classroom rug will have a huge impact on my students' learning as it will be a clearly defined space where students can come together to learn. The rug will greatly help the students be able to focus more on the lessons being taught and improve academic achievement as each student will have their own comfortable space on the rug, preventing students from bumping into each other and helping to maintain order, organization and attention.
A Kindergarten rug would be our most treasured gathering place; it would serve as a great anchor for our classroom. The rug would be put at the front of the classroom and would be the first thing any visitor would see coming into the classroom. We would use it every day for so much of our day - whole group lessons in reading and math, calendar time, partner work, classroom meetings, story-time, sharing, celebrations and so much more!
A Kindergarten rug would be a beautiful way to define our community gathering spot. It would make our classroom feel so much cozier, brighter and be such an appealing and much needed way for students to sit comfortably for so many vital parts of our day. Thank you so very much for your consideration of this project.
