The purchase will be for the Design Jet 500 plotter that will be used in Engineering. However, it may not be the most exciting purchase but will allow for students to print on large media necessary for our many engineering projects. Students will be able to print on ANSI A,B,C,D,&E size media. The architectural drawings for various houses and commercial projects can be sent out to the specific clients. Other students in the building will be able to use the plotter for Poster Symposiums and presentations. The energy symposium that will take place in the Spring of 2018 will include various design presentations on students demonstrating their input towards developing a sustainable society.
