The recommended amount of moderate to vigorous exercise for middle school students is 30- 60 minutes a day. Many students have a hard time reaching this daily goal. With heart monitors, students will get a chance to see firsthand the full impact of exercise and how they can benefit from the correct intensity heart rate with the proper training.
Heart Rate monitors will help motivate students to get active and increase their physical fitness through movement, exercise, and friendly competition.
