These Amazon Fire Kids Tablets will benefit my students by allowing them to gain immediate internet access to explore different ways of learning math, reading, science, and social studies on a kindergarten level. Our classroom does not currently have the technology to allow students access to technology and the Internet on a daily basis. These tablets will close our gap of technological disadvantages for my low income students. The students will benefit by learning through technology with auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic learning all at the touch of an app!
My students ask questions daily to expand their higher level thinking. By having access to Amazon Fire Kids' Tablets, my students will be able to ask inquiring questions, explore and further their knowledge at different levels according to their learning abilities.
Most of my students do not have internet access within their homes. They also do not get much parental involvement when it comes to homework. Allowing my students to review and have access to the material we have been learning in class on a tablet will benefit those students who need the extra practice on previous lessons as they have not received much help on these at home.
