Maps mean different things to different people. My students come from all over the world so they each have their own unique understanding of geography. This classroom set of atlases will allow me to make each lesson special for each student by giving them the freedom to discover geography based on what is relative to them. This classroom set of atlases can help support many different lessons in my classroom. From exploring the development of ancient civilizations to discussing current events and their impact on the world. Students will be able to quickly visualize where these events are taking place using the atlas. A classroom set of atlases will help my students of different grade levels immensely as we develop our understanding of geography and history.
