These young learners are excited to be at school and work towards fulfilling their dreams for the future. Science and math are fulfilled learning times for our students. They are motivated to use hands on projects and inquiry based learning techniques. Our school includes hard working teachers, wonderful volunteers, loving parents, and dedicated staff who work to meet the needs of our students every day. We are a family. The garden is used to support our RRR science curriculum goals. We need spray bottles, gloves, seeds, soil and 14 Aquarium/Terrariums so each child can receive their very own little green house. The materials that are included in this project will help teachers to allow students to work with hands-on tools in the garden and provide needed storage for our materials. The students will help to add soil, dig holes, water the growing plants,and watch them grow in their own little green house. This will help students utilize the crop to help teach life cycles, measurement, and inquiry as well.
