We may be separated due to distance learning but that won't stop me from encouraging my students! The personalized note cards, envelopes, and stamps will enable me to continue to encourage my students. Before, this change in learning my students would receive daily/constant encouragement from me while in the classroom. I could cheer them up when they were feeling down due to something at home or if they were struggling in the classroom on an assignment. I could also congratulate them when they did a good job or persevered through a tough assignment.
Now that we are apart it is harder to share these words of encouragement. Many of my students do not have internet or the means to connect with me through online learning. I want my students to know I am still thinking of them and appreciate everything they are doing to continue learning from home.
