Students are able to see parts and tools that they design using 3D modeling software. This project will require students to design, draw and print parts and assemble a working/flying a drone. If students are only allowed to design on the computer and never experience their actual part, they truly won't have a connection or see the benefit of 3D modeling. With this project, students will connect the the use of modeling software to creating functional parts. STEM jobs are on the rise, I want to provide my students a foundation for the next steps after high school in a STEM career.

About my class
