During these very challenging times, students are confined to indoor spaces or spaces just outside their front doors. The students would benefit from a view of nature just by observing and recording what they see from their front windows or windows in back of their houses, or from a specific room that has windows.
The students could use binoculars to gaze through their windows and make observations of a certain area of their choosing each day. They will be able to see how a particular area in their environment changes daily. They can sketch what they observe and write down their observations. Enhancing writing skills and practicing by just sitting in quiet observation.
