The equipment that I am requesting will help to provide real life cooking experiences for my students. The air fryer will be used to compare and contrast different cooking methods providing students with the ability to make informed decisions regarding nutrition, cost, and taste. The ice cream maker will provide students with the opportunity to be creative in a way that most have never experienced. Students will be able to see how a few ingredients can come together to make a favorite treat. They'll be able to see how by making foods from scratch, they can control what and how much goes in to their product.

About my class
