These materials will make a world of difference to my students. I am a new kindergarten teacher in a low income school and have already purchased a great deal of materials with my own money.
As I am a new teacher, I am unable to purchase everything the students need. I want to give my students the learning experience and opportunity they need to excel in school. Items in reading, writing, and math are needed and we would be especially grateful for.
For the reading center, I need the following: Teaching Reading Skills Activity Centers, Soft Seats, Classroom magnetic letters (uppercase and lowercase), English Language Development Center, Fishing for sight words, Find the Letter activity center, and CVC words dice. These items will assist my new students in learning letters, spelling, and reading.
For the math center, I need the following: Unlock It Number Match, Foam Number Dice, Magnetic Numbers and Counters, Magnetic Fishing Poles, Unifix Cubes, Size and Color Teddy Counters, Fishing for Subtraction facts, brick by brick, Count and Link, and Translucent Counters. These items will help my students learn numbers, addition, and subtraction.
For the writing center, I need: Double-Sided Learn to Print Write and swipe Boards, Write and Wipe markers, and World Building Magnets. These items will assist my students in learning how to write and spell.
These items will allow my students to have an enchanted and interactive learning experience.
