By creating a comfortable meeting area in my classroom changes the classroom environment. The rug And listening center is where the entire class gathers to listen as I read a story or explains Assignments for the rest of the subject. They will learn to identify the printed letters, colors and numbers on the rug. These two things will be used for whole group activities and story times. Children often begin and end the day on the rug area. It also protects and eliminate accidents on the hard Dirty ceramics floors.
