My students will learn coding and problem solving while working together. Working in small groups, students will use these Bee-Bots to help learn computer coding and programming, directional words, problem solving strategies, and critical thinking skills. In addition, I will integrate other subject areas whenever possible. Younger students will learn about patterns and sequencing, while older students will learn about distance and coordinates.
These hands-on tools teach the fundamentals of computational thinking and problem solving skills. And since they're so fun, kids might not even know they're learning! 6 Bee-Bots will allow students to work together in small groups.
Bee-bots will help my students by implementing and building on learning experiences to develop the 4 c’s of a STEAM program: Creativity, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration.
