If my project is fully funded, I will be able to provide access to recorded/accessible print books through apps. This way, my students can read English novels alongside their peers. I will also be able to download textbooks, which allows my students to participate in lessons and complete assignments and homework independently, without the need for someone to read materials to them.
I also use iPads to teach self-determination and career exploration.
There is an app that allows my blind students to access print on packaged foods in an auditory format. This allows my students to cook and be as independent as possible.
